Want A Honda CBR250R? Join The Police!
The Honda CBR250R is being used by the Uttar Pradesh Police force, as can be seen in the picture above. Painted in white colour, the CBR250R makes the perfect cop machine with its high performance and quick acceleration, helping the law enforcers in catching rule breakers easily. Apparently the ex UP CM Mayawati had ordered 15000 bikes for the Police force which include the Hero MotoCorp’s Karizma and Honda’s Honda’s Stunner and CBR250R. In the South, the police force are using white Karizma R motorcycles, while Pulsar largely dominates the Police garage in Maharashtra.
This is not the first time the Honda CBR250R has been used by the police. In Malaysia, Honda develops a special royal Malaysian Police Edition of the motorcycle, which is available in white colour along with luggage cases on each side of the bike. There is a crash guard which also houses the siren and a loud horn. All the Malaysian Police CBR250Rs are equipped with C-ABS as standard. These patrol motorcycles are extremely comfortable for the cops for long distance riding. Does this make you want to join the police force?
