TVS Motor To Re-Launch Max-R

TVS Motor is all set to launch Max4-R in May this year to to fight competition from Hero Honda CD Dawn and Bajaj Platina. The new Max-R will be powered by a 110 cc engine, borrowed from the Jive. The TVS Max was discontinued when Bharat II emission norms went into effect a few years back and the bike’s 2-stroke engine did not comply with them. The 4-stroke machine is targeted at the rural markets and will priced at Rs. 34,000/- (ex-showroom, Chennai).
