Toyota Vellfire India Launch In March 2020, Bookings Open

Toyota is expected to commence deliveries of its luxury MPV Vellfire in March 2020.

Toyota had showcased the Vellfire to select potential customers sometime back and dealers have begun accepting bookings for this luxury MPV. Deliveries are slated to begin by March 2020 and the pricing of the vehicle is likely to be in the whereabouts of Rs. 80 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Toyota will offer the Vellfire with the Executive Lounge package as standard. It comes with two large rear seats with a reclining function, ventilation, powered tailgate, sliding doors, two sunroofs, three-zone ACC, individual tray tables and ambient lighting.

The Toyota Vellfire gets a Blaupunkt audio system with a 7-inch touchscreen. In addition, it gets two 10.2-inch screens at the rear, a 360-degree camera, etc. The vehicle is being brought down via the CBU route and all the units that have been imported have a Pearl White paint and dual-tone black-beige interiors.

The Toyota Vellfire comes powered by a 2.5-litre petrol engine producing 150 HP and mated to a 143 HP electric motor. It gets a CVT and this same powertrain is also available on the Lexus NX 300h. The Toyota Vellfire will rival the Mercedes V-Class.
