Toyota Innova Crysta Petrol Review
The tyres are downsized from 215/55/17 to 205/65/16

The Toyota Innova Crysta was launched in 2016 and the vehicle got 16-inch alloys on most of the trims and 17-inch alloys on the top end ZX variant. However, Toyota has now downsized the wheels on the ZX variant too and it now comes with 16-inch wheels. The tyre size has been decreased from 215/55/17 to 205/65/16.

The 17-inch wheels had a thinner sidewall which made the ride a bit harsh over bad roads and the tyres were also more prone to damage. The smaller wheels will definitely improve the ride quality and chances of damage are lesser. Even the cost of replacement of all tyres will be much cheaper. Toyota incorporated this change after taking customer feedback.

– 16-inch wheels are now standard across the line-up
