Toyota Fortuner, Innova Crysta To Get Revised Interiors

Toyota is working on some minor updates, mostly limited to the interior of the Innova Crysta and the Fortuner.

Toyota is working on a few tweaks and updates on the Fortuner and Innova Crysta. The automaker is gearing up to launch updated versions of these two popular UVs and the vehicles will come with updated interiors with better features.

Coming to the updates, the Toyota Fortuner is set to get perforated seats, heat-rejecting glass work and updated speakers for its audio system. Additionally, the 4WD MT and AT variant of the SUV will get the option of a new Chamois interior shade option along with the already available standard dark brown. The new interior shade will be found on the Fortuner 2WD AT as well but it does not get any other update. The 2WD MT variant and the petrol-powered variants of the Fortuner get no changes at all.

Moving on to the Toyota Innova Crysta, the company will add the same heat-rejecting glass work and USB charging points along with better speakers. These updates will be featured on the VX MT, ZX MT and ZX AT variants of the Crysta. Along with the current portfolio of colours, the vehicle will also get the option of an Ivory shade for the interiors. The car manufacturer also introduced a new G Plus variant of the Innova Crysta to its lineup recently.

Mechanically the Fortuner and Innova Crysta will remain the same. There will be no added equipment or any tweaks to their mechanicals. There is no word on the pricing of the vehicles post receiving these updates, but expect a slight hike in price on the updated variants.

Innova Crysta Interiors

– The Fortuner will get a new interior shade, perforated seats, heat-rejecting glass & better speakers
– Heat-rejecting  glass, USB charging port and a new Ivory shade interior will be offered with the Innova
– Mechanically, the vehicles will remain the same
