Tata Nano Cab

What should have happened in India has instead happened in Sri Lanka. When the Tata Nano came along, many automotive analysts speculated the car replacing the unsafe 3-wheeled auto-rickshaws. However within just a week of arrival, the Sti Lankan taxi market has already adopted the world’s cheapest car as their taxi. A local Sri Lankan company has already launched a taxi service with 45 Nano cabs and plans to increase it 4 folds to 200 cabs within the next six months. The Island country is the first foreign market for the Tata Nano.
