The 165/80/14 JK tires found on the LXi, VXi, LDi and VDi versions of the Swift and Swift DZire are absolutely inadequate for the car. Not only do they wear pretty fast but they are way to thin and Maruti is taking cost cutting to another level. Just look at the tires in the pic below, no thread left on them.

Maruti should seriously give better rubber, as these tires are very risky and if you own a Swift make sure you upsize to atleast 185/70/14 found on the Zxi and Zdi variants. 185mm tires can be put on the stock rims. However if you want better handling then you can go for 195/60/15 which is the best upsize for the Swift but the ride will become a bit harsh.
