Nissan Kicks facelift has been spotted in Thailand undisguised revealing the new details of the mid-cycle update. The compact SUV will be sold in ASEAN markets along with new global markets.

The Kicks that has been spotted here is based on the V-platform that is not sold in India. In our country, we get a different spec of Kicks based on the M0 platform which also underpins the Renault Duster and Captur.

The facelift model spotted here is unlikely to be launched in India. The mid-cycle update comes with a revised front profile with new headlights, bigger grille and new bumper.

The side profile remains unchanged but it gets new alloy wheel design. The tail lights are new and the rear bumper has been updated which looks more sporty now. The interior will get mild cosmetic changes and new features in line with the competition.

Nissan India will soon introduce a new 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine for the Kicks that churns out up to 150 BHP. The Japanese automaker is also preparing to launch a new compact SUV specifically for the Indian market with high localisation.
