Mercedes Launches Executive Edition C220 CDI
The battle between the Germans is only intensifying and in a move which seems to be quite contradictory to what Mercedes has been preaching, the Stuttgart based luxury car maker has introduced a Executive Edition of the C-Class to take on the BMW 3-Series Corporate head on. The C220 CDI’s oil burner produces 170 bhp with 400Nm of Torque. Other than the loss in various features and addition of Blue Efficiency tech (read – low emission norms, better fuel efficiency), the C-Executive gets an all new pricing of 30.5 lakhs (on road, Mumbai).
