Maruti Regains 50% Market Share

Maruti Suzuki has regained over 50% market share in the passenger car market last month, after four continous months of having less than 50% market share. The company sold 91,754 units out of a total 1,82,992 units that were sold in October, garnering 50.14% market share. Maruti Suzuki sold a total of 118,908 vehicles in October 2010, growing 39.2% over the same month last year. This includes 11,353 units of exports.
