Maruti Expects Higher Output In FY 2012

Maruti Suzuki is expecting its output to increase in the current financial year. The company, which had a total output of 1.3 million units last financial year, exepects the output to increase to 1.5 million units in the current year. Maruti Suzuki is planing to move production of 3 lakh vehicles to Manesar from its Gurgaon facility. The move has been undertaken to decongest the old plant. The company announced its quarter four results, where it earned a net profit of Rs. 2382 crores.
