Mahindra XUV Aero Concept Showcased At 2016 Auto Expo [Live]

Taking off the wraps against conventionalism, Mahindra and Mahindra showcased their interpretation of aerodynamics and practicality with the XUV Aero Concept.

Butch, robust, muscular are the words you describe for an SUV but what if the same had to sport a sloping roofline and a distinguishing coupe-esque silhouette? Well it’s the BMW X6 with which this design signature debuted. Today there are plethora of such signature styling available worldwide and we just like how SUVs are changing representing the dynamic development around it. When you are at the helm of best design studio in the world and a team with in-house capabilities to challenge multitude of things, then you create the XUV Aero.

The Mahindra XUV Aero Concept has made its global debut at the Auto Expo. It’s a SUV with inspiration from coupe’ like styling. The concept sports a sloping roofline, massive wheel arches, new horizontal tail-lamps together giving a massive, aggressive and a futuristic appeal. This behemoth of an SUV has been designed by Mahindra’s design team in Mumbai with inputs from the recently acquired, world renowned Pininfarina. There are chances of the XUV Aero making it to production as their most advanced and futuristic product priced above the existing XUV 500.
