Mahindra Scorpio Scores Zero Stars In Global NCAP

The Scorpio has been selling in the Indian market for a really long time now and the despite its muscular looks, it has failed the Global NCAP crash tests.

Global NCAP tested the base variant of the Scorpio that comes without any airbags. It scored zero stars in adult occupant protection and 2 stars in child occupant protection. Mahindra has stated that all their products comply with the Indian safety guidelines. The company also said that 75% of the sales of the Scorpio come from variants that are loaded with airbags and company will ensure all their products meet current as well as future regulations.
