JLR Plans Engine Plant In India

Jaguar Land Rover are planning to set up an engine plant in India. The Tata owned automakers are planning to utilise the expertise of its parent company in reducing cost of production by increasing its manufacturing in India. The company has not yet disclosed which engine will be manufactured over here but there are chances of future Tata models sharing those engines. Imagine, an Aria being powered by a Land Rover Freelander motor, now won’t that be awesome!
