Is Yamaha Motorcycle Service Expensive?

Wondering which motorcycle manufacturer to choose when buying your 150cc bike? Well, this post might make it simpler for you. Recently, we visited Yamaha Pro Service to drop off our long term Fazer for service and we saw a 20000 kms done FZ16 ahead of us. Having nothing to do, we started to checkout the service bills of other bikes and were shocked when the invoice for the FZ read Rs. 3000/-. Now this might be a paid service so could be costing more but if the FZ costs so much to service, how much would a R15 cost? Yamaha bike owners who have done six services and above can please enlighten us on how costly it is to live with a Yamaha in the long term.
