Hyundai Exter CNG Now Available With EX Variant, Priced At Rs. 7.5 Lakh (ex-showroom)
The Hyundai Exter’s CNG now has a new variant. This particular variant, EX, is priced at Rs. 7.50 Lakh (ex-showroom). This variant is the most affordable option in the Exter CNG lineup. The well-equipped S, S+, and SX Exter trims are already available in CNG, making them less desirable for the budget-conscious buyers.
CNG Variant Mileage
Hyundai offers the CNG variants with a Hy-CNG dual cylinder technology, which incorporates dual CNG cylinders instead of one, offering higher boot space and practicality. Hyundai claims that the CNG offers a mileage of 27.1 km/kg.
Engine & Fuel Economy
The Hyundai Exter CNG is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine and mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, as seen with the standard Exter. In normal engine mode, it produces 83 HP and 114 Nm of torque. However, in CNG mode, the power drops down to 69 HP and 95.2 Nm of torque. Using petrol, the Exter returns a fuel economy of 19.4 Kmpl.
