Honda To Sell Used Bikes

Honda’s 2-wheeler division is planning to setup pre-owned business of its own in the country. The company has started a trial study at select dealerships in Bangalore, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. These pre-owned dealerships will be setup separately from its existing dealerships and will challenge Hero Honda Sure (Hero Honda’s used two-wheeler business). However Hero Honda Sure deals with exchange of old vehicle with a new Hero Honda bike, whereas Honda will deal directly with the sale and purchase of Honda motorcycles and scooters with customers. There will be no compulsion of exchange involved in the process.
