Hero Honda To Launch 110cc Bike

Hero Honda is planning to launch a 110cc bike in the country in the second half of 2011. The company which recently split from Honda will get the license to manufacture the 110cc engine that does duty in the CB Twister. Honda will also license out a scooter engine to the Hero Group in the near future. The engine licenses are a part of the Hero Honda technology deal which extends upto 2014, after which Hero can no longer use the Honda name.
