Hero Honda Execute Binding Agreement

Hero Honda has executed a final binding licencing agreement with Honda today. The licencing agreement is the green light for the exit of Hond from the joint venture, which started in 1984. The agreement also talks about the products that Hero Motors will sell in India once the buyout is completed. The news has not been taken very well by investors as Hero Honda stock went downward on Dalal street.
