BMW has been able to maintain its numero uno position in the luxury car segment, thanks to the sales of the new 5-Series. The 520d accounts for a major chunk of 5-Series sales and now the German automaker plans to push the 530d. Thus the 530d will soon feature a heads up display and satellite navigation system from MapMyIndia. This update will ensure that the 5-Series continues to register strong sales in the competitive Rs. 50 lakh segment.
