Tata Motors unveiled the Bolt hatchback earlier today and the response to the car has been stellar. Right from the media to prospective buyers, everybody has been raving about Tata Motors’ latest hatchback. The company has put in a lot of effort and it shows. The Bolt looks modern and comes loaded with many segment first features. We sat in the car as well and must admit, there is lots of space on the inside, a Tata trait you have to appreciate. What is worth even more appreciation are the interiors which have an European flavour to it.

If that wasn’t enough, the quality level inside is excellent too and the small touches show what efforts have gone to ensure the Tata Bolt strikes lightning on its competitors. The X1 platform underpinning the Vista is known to be a capable chassis and with many tweaks done to it, we expect the Bolt to offer a fantastic balance of ride and handling. While the diesel engine needs no introduction, Tata Motors is taking the lead in the segment by being the first to offer a turbocharged mill, which outputs much more torque then rivals.
