Second Indian F1 Circuit In Goa

If you thought one circuit in India was not enough, then you have reason to rejoice as we are set to get a second circuit in the country. The second Formula 1 destination could be in Goa as the promoters are on the lookout for land in the happening state. The F1 Circuit in Goa would be made on the lines of the Monaco track and would attract more tourists to the state. This will also help to reduce ticket costs for students as the company can recover their fixed costs from foreign visitors.

“Yes, we have been approached for a F1 circuit in Goa. We have decided to go ahead with it. We are looking first at our own properties which were acquired by the state government for tourism purposes. We have quite a few by the coast. So, it could be anyone of them,” Swapnil Naik, tourism director, said.
