Tata To Launch More Fuel Efficient Indica

Tata Motors has announced that the Tata Indica will soon become India’s most fuel efficient car with the introduction of a new, BS4 compliant, CR4 diesel engine. The new engine has a 32% increase in power, 65% increase in torque along with a 46% improvement on fuel efficiency. Producing 70 PS of power @ 4000Rpm and 140Nm of torque at 1800-3000Rpm, the Indica is back in its old avatar to woo the taxi segment.
