Nissan India has commenced bookings for the diesel variant of the Micra. The Micra diesel is powered by a 1461cc, SOHC, 8-valve, in-line 4-cylinder common rail motor which produces 64PS of power at 4000Rpm and 160Nm torque at 2000Rpm. The diesel Mira will be available in two variants, the XV and XV Premium. The XV Premium variant is only available in diesel and 175/60/R15 tyres with alloys, rear spoiler, leather wrapped steering and gear knob as standard. The diesel Micra delivers a mileage of 23.08 kmpl as per CMVR (Central Motor Vehicle Rule).
