The Tata Nano is projected to become India’s second best selling car in 2011, according to JD Power. Currently the best selling car in the country is the Maruti Alto, followed by the Hyundai i10 and the Tata Indica. By 2017, the top three highest selling models are expected to be the Alto, Nano and Wagon R.
