Zotye Rio Electric Coming To U.S

China’s Zotye Holding Group produces the electric Rio SUV which has a range of up to 250 miles and can reach a top speed of 110 kmph. The vehicle carries a 3-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and the lithium-ion battery pack is warranted for 185,000 miles. Priced at just $29,995, this electric SUV will be coming to the U.S. by year’s end. Bob Rohrman Auto Group, of Lafeyette, IN. has signed on to sell the electric SUV and has selected 10 of its 36 dealerships to receive the electric SUV and expects to sell a minimum of 200 units per month. The vehicles will be imported by Green Automotive and distributed to the Rohrman Auto dealerships located in Indiana and Illinois.
