Ford To Launch New Endeavour This Week

In order to boost the sales of the Ford Endeavour and also help it compete with the recently launched Toyota Fortuner, Ford India will launch a new version of the Endeavour this week. The new Endeavour will be available with an automatic gearbox. The new Endy would be a slightly re-styled with changes to the headlight and girlle. The SUV will now be equipped with Borg Warner’s Shift-on-the-Fly 4WD system. The active-Shift-on-the-Fly mechanism enables switch between 2wd and 4wd up to 100kmph. The price hike is estimated to be Rs. 50,000/- However there is no change to the old generation leaf spring suspension used mostly in trucks.
