2021 Honda CB150R Streetfire Introduced In Indonesia
Honda has launched the 2021 CB150R Streetfire, a plucky 150cc naked bike with muscular looks and decent power for its class, in Indonesia.
Available in 2 variants – Standard and Special Edition – the motorcycle looks similar to the Hornet 2.0 the Japanese firm sells in India.
For 2021, the CB150R Streetfire gets restyled bodywork to make it look sporty, although some might call the styling a bit gaudy due to the numerous creases found especially around the fuel tank area.
Also new for this year are the inverted front forks, tapered handlebar and redesigned alloy wheels that look similar to the Hornet 2.0’s rims.
Special Edition variant features 3D logos on the fuel tank, a “Burnt Titanium” finish for the handlebar, wheels and engine covers and an engine cowl.
Power comes from a 149.16cc liquid-cooled single cylinder motor making 16.9 PS at 9000 RPM and 13.8 Nm at 7000 RPM. The motor comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and enables the machine to hit a top speed of 125 km/hr.
The 37 mm inverted from fork has been sourced from Showa, while at the rear a monoshock is present. The naked bike rides on 17-inch rims wrapped with 100-section front and 130-section rear rubber and has petal disc brakes at both ends.
Weighing 135 kg (max), the 2021 Honda CB150R Streetfire comes with a 12-litre fuel tank and is priced at Rp. 29,700,000 (Rs. 1.53 lakhs) in Indonesia.
