The 2018 Honda Dio Deluxe has been launched in India with a sticker price of Rs. 53,292/- (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new variant of the scooter is priced at a slight premium over the standard variant and gets subtle cosmetic upgrades and new features.

For starters, the 2018 Honda Dio Deluxe gets sportier graphics and gold-finished wheels. There is a new LED headlamp and a fully digital instrument console on offer. The vehicle also gets a metal shield for the exhaust, two storage hooks and a four-in-one ignition key assembly with a seat release button as seen in the Grazia 125. Also, for the first time, the Dio features an optional mobile charging under the seat.

The 2018 Honda Dio Deluxe continues to be powered by a 109cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 8 HP of power and 8.91 Nm of torque. The powertrain comes mated to a CVT automatic gearbox. Other underpinnings like the suspension and brakes are identical to the standard variant. Clearly, with the extra features and upgrades, the Honda Dio is expected to remain the favorite among youngsters.
