2018 Honda Activa 125 launched in India, priced from Rs. 59,621/-.

The 2018 Honda Activa 125 has been launched in India priced from Rs. 59,621/- (ex-showroom, Delhi). The updated model gets more features and comes at a premium of Rs. 2000/- over the previous model.

To start off with, the 2018 Honda Activa 125 gets cosmetic revisions like a chrome muffler cover (on the top-spec trim) and grey-finished alloy wheels (on the mid and top-spec variant). The 125cc scooter also comes in two new matte colours – Matte Crust Metallic and Matte Selene Silver Metallic. New features include LED headlight, semi analogue-digital instrument cluster, four-in-one ignition and a separate switch to open the seat.

The 2018 Honda Activa 125 also gets a 3-step adjustable monoshock at the rear while the front continues to feature the telescopic forks like the previous model. Mechanically, the scooter remains unchanged. It still draws power from a 124.9cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 8.52 HP of power and 10.54 Nm of torque. The powertrain comes mated to a CVT automatic gearbox.
