2009 Skoda Octavia Scout Crossover Facelift

Skoda has given a slight facelift to the Octavia Scout. The Skoda Laura in India is nothing but the Skoda Octavia abroad. Skoda plans to give the Laura a facelift and might also launch the Scout version later on.  The Octavia Scout is equipped with Volkswagen’s all-wheel drive system that features a fourth-generation Haldex clutch capable of transferring as much as 86% of the torque to a single wheel. The Octavia Scout has a high ground clearance of 179mm which will be helpful for the Scout when it hits Indian shores.
